Who We Are
Ben Pieper
With over 12 years of successful construction project management experience, Ben provides invaluable insight and leadership to every project. Prior to co-founding Colben Construction, he spent most of his 12 year career as a Project Manager for Brinkmann Constructors. Ben has managed projects ranging from $1M to $20M across diverse sectors including automotive, medical, senior living, retail, industrial, site work, and more.
Ben leads his projects to achieve goals and objectives, with a proactive mindset. He takes great pride in producing successful projects for all parties involved. Ben has a BS in Civil Engineering from Missouri S&T.
Cole Libbert
Cole is an experienced Construction Project Manager with over seven years of success leading commercial projects across many different sectors. Known for strong leadership, attention to detail, effective communication, out-of-the-box thinking and problem solving. Before co-founding Colben Construction, Cole worked as a field superintendent and later transitioned into the project manager role. Cole has been part of many different projects covering sectors such as multi-family / senior living, retail, industrial, medical, public education, and institutional.
Cole believes that clear communication and solid preconstruction is the greatest way to deliver a project on time and under budget to clients. Cole has a BS in Construction Management from the University of Central Missouri.
